In addition, the institution is the 2nd in Latin America and the 1st in the South Region to achieve the Plane tree certification, winning a unanimous maximum score with the American Evaluation Committee.
The hospital accommodates a total of 380 beds, a team of highly trained professionals and specialized clinical staff, comprising of over 1,700 accredited doctors, with 2,000 advanced technology equipment, in a constructed area of approximately 55 thousand m².
Various facilities and services are available in the Hospital, Customer Relations Center, religious support service delivered by the Sisters of Health Pastoral, and other amenities such as restaurant, cafeteria, gift shop, pharmacy, beauty salon, cashier electronic, post office and parking by the access of Rua Costa are also available inside the Hospital for everyone’s comfort and convenience.
To carry out the hospitalization the patient must have in hand the following documents:
•CPF and GR, or a driver's license in which such data.
•Birth Certificate of minors who do not have RG.
•Request for hospitalization provided by the doctor, with date, stamp and signature
•Patient's CPF and RG.
The patient who completes his hospitalization through a health plan must present, besides the cited documents, the following:
•Covenant Card.
•Guide to requesting hospitalization with diagnosis, CID number (International Code of Diseases), AMB Code (referring to the procedure to be performed) and name of procedure, stamp and signature of the doctor.
•Authorization of the health plan for hospitalization and for special materials and medicines, if applicable.
All patients who are admitted to the Mãe de Deus Hospital, are recommended to have some guidelines to facilitate their stay at the Hospital and elude any inconveniences.
The hospital encourages hospitalized patients to refer their medical records. For this, it is essential to request and combine a schedule with the care team.
