Follicular Unit Extraction (FUE):
   - In FUE, individual follicular units are harvested directly from the donor area of the scalp using a small, specialized instrument called a micro-punch or a motorized punch.
   - The surgeon creates tiny circular incisions around each follicular unit, isolating them from the surrounding tissue.
   - Once harvested, the follicular units are then carefully implanted into the recipient sites using a similar technique as in FUT.
   - FUE does not involve the removal of a strip of scalp tissue, resulting in smaller, scattered scars in the donor area that are less noticeable compared to FUT.
   - FUE may be preferred for patients who prefer to wear their hair short or who have a limited donor supply, as it allows for more precise harvesting and minimal scarring.

Both FUT and FUE techniques can achieve natural-looking and long-lasting results when performed by a skilled and experienced hair transplant surgeon. The choice between FUT and FUE depends on various factors, including the patient's hair loss pattern, scalp laxity, donor supply, and personal preferences.
