In 2016, the Acıbadem Healthcare Group acquired the Tokuda Group and the City Clinics Group, two leaders in the Bulgarian healthcare market. The investment of 125 million euros has allowed Acibadem to expand its activities in 4 hospitals and 5 outpatient clinics, making it the largest private healthcare provider in Bulgaria.
