Some providers may offer a loading dose phase, where higher doses of glutathione are initially administered to accelerate skin lightening, followed by maintenance doses to sustain the results. It is recommended for phototypes above IV to have two double injections per week of 1200mg of glutathione associated with 500mg of vitamin C. The more diverse is the range of antioxydants the best results you will get as you need to reduce your melanin rate and at the same time need detoxification, antiaging, hydratation, fight free radicals etc.

Ideally injections, when possible, are done slowly as IV and not IM and before going to bed. It is not suitable for pregnant women and those that have liver problems.
