The surgeon harvests fat from the donor site using liposuction techniques and processes it to remove impurities. The processed fat is then injected into the shaft of the penis to increase its girth. When you have a combined surgery it is always under general anesthesia.

It is recommended to use a penis extender about 10 days after the surgery to "force" the nature meaning you have to learn to your body to understand the new shape of your penis when erected.
