Kyung Hee University International Medical Services (KUIMS) was established in 2006, situated in Seoul, Korea. Kyung Hee University Hospital at Gangdong is an accredited, multi-specialty, university hospital which specializes in Western and traditional Korean medicine. The hospital is fortified with 800 beds and more than 30 specialty centers. It makes available state of the art diagnostic, therapeutic and intensive care facilities in a one-stop medical center.
The hospital serves more than 14,000 International patients each year. The main structure has 14 floors and four basement floors, while the supplementary section has three floors and five basement floors with a total of 800 hospital beds. It is fortified with the latest EMR system, a 3.0T MRI, 64MD CT, robot navigation, and RapidArc (radiation cancer treatment machinery).

In 2014, it received the Prime minister’s commendation for building the trust of the Korean Medical Establishment by the Korea Health Industry Development Institute. In the year 2013 they achieved the Medical Korean Global Healthcare Award for New Market Development by Korea’s Health Industry Development Institute and were also granted the International Business Award for Marketing by Korea Business Communicators’ Association.
The hospital center for international care manages the general processes for patients from hospitalization to after care in leaving Korea, subsequent to marking and promotional campaigns both in and out of the country. It has two collective groups, Department of International Cooperation dealing with administrative procedures and International Healthcare Clinic directly related to clinic treatments. The groups assist to support the process for visa; patients' complaints ensued in hospital, setting up managements, and all the information for traveling in Korea.
